Please read the following points carefully as use of our website and purchase of products by you, mean that you agree to them.

You can order products displayed on this website by ordering online or by telephoning us.

If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. The e-mail confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. We do stringent checks against credit card fraud.

For security reasons we log your IP address. Any orders found to be fraudulent will be passed on to the relevant authorities with your ISP.

Our prices are shown on our website are excluding VAT.

We try to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate, but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order. No money will have been charged to your card at this time.

You can pay by any Visa or MasterCard credit card, Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. No surcharge will be added to the cost of the item. To ensure that shipping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. Look for the lock icon in the status bar and the https://secure section of the address bar when you go to the checkout page.

You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. The easiest way to do this is to add your products to the cart and then go to the checkout page. When you are at the checkout page, simply print it out and send it to us with your cheque/postal order.

We only debit money from your account when we are ready to send your order.

There is an extra charge for delivery. The price is automatically updated on the checkout page. Postage rates apply to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland only.

Provided your order is placed by 1pm and the items are in stock, we aim to dispatch the goods to you the same day by Royal Mail. Normal delivery is between 3 - 5 working days. Parcelforce guaranteed next working day delivery is an option, please telephone us.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient time is allowed for delivery when ordering the items, especially when considering booking a plumber to carry out work.

If the goods are not delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us by telephone or e-mail. We will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and so the first thing to do is to contact us by telephone or e-mail.

Whilst we offer all the help we can on our website, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect product identification or diagnosis. A re-stocking charge may apply where goods have been supplied correctly against an order placed.

Goods supplied should be checked upon receipt and claims for damage or shortage must be notified by telephone or e-mail within 3 working days of receipt. Otherwise we regret claims for credit may not be accepted.

The UK's Distance Selling Regulations provide you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after which you received your products. If you wish to cancel your order please advise us via phone or email. They must not have been opened or used, be in a re-saleable condition and include the original invoice. After inspection we will issue a refund for the goods, minus the delivery cost. We suggest you send any returns using 1st Class Recorded Delivery to enable you to track your parcel. Until received, all goods are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Incorrect Orders, Faulty or defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or replacement. Each item is individually checked before dispatch. If you suspect you have received an incorrect or faulty product, we are very keen to have a look at it ourselves. Please therefore return your product in the same way as above. If proven flawed or incorrect we will refund the full amount paid at purchase, along with the return postage. We cannot be held responsible for any faults incurred once goods are received, or during fitting.
