For an annual fee of £230 you will receive:
One maintenance service call per year where the technician will carry out the following:
- A full service of the system including cleaning of tundish, waste pipe and Pressure Relief Valve.
- Check installation.
- Test water pressure and flow rate from tap and tank.
- Provide 1 x Pro-M for systems with an M-box, or 2 x 07 filters for Pre M-box systems (value approximately £80), and fit.
IF REQUIRED:
- Replace mixer and/or boiling valve.
- Replace O-rings.
- Clean aerator and fit replacement.
- Replace tank hose O-rings.
Additional free of charge call out to replace the boiling and/or mixer valve if required, limited to one per year.
Unlimited further call outs at £52 per hour (saving £103 per call out) with a priority booking. (Parts will be chargeable if the system is out of guarantee.)
Additional filters can be purchased at a reduced cost saving £10 per filter.
Discounted prices are available for a replacement tap or tank.
